your customers. Established in 2007, Decaturoots now ships
products to hospital gift shops, bookstores, cafes and
general/specialty gift
shops throughout the country. As partners, we strive to
support the success of your store by:

website listing of stores where Decaturoots products can
be purchased.
- Making it
easy to do business with us. Minimum order is $150. Terms:
Prepay by check or money order on 1st order, net 30 terms on
subsequent orders.
We often receive notes asking
where Decaturoots' products can be purchased. We would like to
add your store to the list of
selected stores where these unique products are available.

Does
Decaturoots.com sell other wholesale products?
Currently we only offer greeting cards and stationary wholesale products.
How much do Decaturoots cards
retail for?
Because our cards are specialty items, the suggested retail is $2.99-3.99 per
card. The price can be adjusted higher or lower to suit your business
needs.
How much do Decaturoots
cards wholesale for?
Our cards wholesale for $14.00 per dozen or $8.00 per half-dozen. That's
over a 60% savings of the card’s suggested retail price ($3.99/card).
What size
are the cards?
Our cards measure note card standard (4.25 x 5.5) and are printed on heavy card stock
paper (between 67lb and 110lb). Each card is accompanied by a white envelope.
What methods of
payment do you accept?
We currently accept money order and business checks made payable to:
Decaturoots LLC.
Does Decaturoots have a
return policy?
Currently, we do not offer a formal return policy. But it is very important
to us that our customers are happy, so if a design is not selling, we will do
our best to resolve the problem. Most likely this would involve a credit for the
cards that did not sell or an exchange.
What do I do if
the cards arrive, and they are damaged?
In the rare event that your cards arrive damaged, call us and we will issue
a UPS/FedEx or UPS call tag to pick up the damaged cards, and ship out a new order to you.
Does Decaturoots carry Holiday cards (i.e. Christmas, Valentines Day. etc.)?
Along with our “everyday” cards, we currently only offer Holiday (Christmas) cards. We are hoping to
expand into Valentines Day and Mother’s Day cards in the near future.
Do Decaturoots
cards come with category header cards?
No, currently at this time we do not carry header cards.
Ordering Questions
Once I place
an order, how long before my cards arrive?
A retailer usually receives their cards within 10-14 business days of placing
your order. Orders mailed to us, take a few days longer.
How are
orders shipped?
We ship orders using UPS or FedEx Ground Service and/or United States Postal Service,
unless we are shipping cards to Alaska or Canada. In which case, we usually use
the United States Postal Service.
How much
does shipping cost?
That varies with the size of the order and how far we have to ship the cards. We
charge the UPS/FedEx Ground rate. Your shipping charge usually will fall somewhere
between $4.00 and $20.00, again depending on size of the order and where the
order is shipping to (note: shipping costs listed above are estimates and may be
lower or higher than above.).
Is there a minimum order
and reorder amount?
Our minimum order is $150.00* and our minimum reorder is $50.00*. If you want to
place a smaller reorder than the stated minimum, please
contact us. (*subject to change)
Can I order designs in half-dozens, or do I have to order designs in full
dozens?
You can order our cards in either half-dozens or in full dozens. Whichever works
better for you.
If I
want to order a design, how many do I have to order of it?
You must order at least a half-dozen (six) of a design.

How do I reorder?
When you are running low on our cards or if you want to add more cards to
the ones you already have, you can visit our website again and/or simply call us and
give us your order over the telephone at (818) 481-0375.
Can I order
on your site?
Currently, we do not have a shopping cart feature on this site for wholesale
items. Check back periodically.
How do I
pay for an order? (Do You Offer Net 30)
We prefer to have the first order paid for with with a check (but it
must clear before order will be shipped), a money order or you can use C.O.D. (money order or
cashier's check). Once you have ordered with us, we can set up new terms. We do
offer Net 30 to our customers who have already placed a successful order with
us and we do offer first time Net 30 to
Hospital Gift Shops and qualified 501C-3 Non Profit organizations).
Do you
sell your cards to stores outside of the United States?
Currently, at this time we do not. However, if you work with a Freight Forwarder in the United States we
are happy to ship to you.
